Common questions
Before you write
- Do I need any experience to come to a sound bath?
- None at all. You lie down on a mat with a bolster and a blanket, and the sound does the work. There is nothing to learn and nothing to keep up with.
- What should I bring?
- For group sessions at Bliss Holistic Center, just yourself and comfortable clothes — mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks are provided. For outdoor gatherings, bring weather-appropriate clothing, a yoga mat and a blanket.
- How far will you travel?
- Reno, Sparks and South Reno carry no travel fee. Verdi, Carson City, Incline Village, Truckee and South Lake Tahoe are priced individually, and anywhere else is quoted by distance.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Amanda reads every inquiry herself and usually replies within a day or two. If something is time-sensitive, call rather than write.
- Can I buy a session as a gift?
- Yes. Send an inquiry choosing "Gift certificate" and Amanda will arrange it with you.
